Pravin is a security visionary who has pioneered a number of innovative security solutions during his 25+ years of founding industry-leading and first-mover security companies. His companies were category creators for SIEM, IT-GRC, cloud encryption and CASB. Pravin was the founder and CEO of CipherCloud, which was acquired by Lookout in March 2021.

Previously, Pravin was the founder of RiskVision, a leading Security Risk Management company, and co-founder of ArcSight (later acquired by HP). He holds dozens of patents in security technologies and is the inventor behind the CipherCloud SASE technologies. Pravin holds an MS degree in Computer Science from IIT-B, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Charter Member of TiE, a global organization dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship.
