30% discount on Lookout Secure Internet Access Premium for the initial 12 month contract term

This discount applies to the list price for the Premium package of Lookout Secure Internet Access.

Protection for up to five SaaS apps

CASB-add ons are included to provide data protection for five SaaS apps of the company’s choice. This is an increase from the standard three apps that are included with the Lookout Premium package.

No charge until your existing contract expires

Contingent upon acceptance of Lookout’s standard license terms, Lookout customers replacing an existing SWG will not incur Lookout charges until the earlier of expiration of their incumbent SWG contract or six months after contract execution. For example, if a customer has six months remaining on an existing contract, Lookout will contract the customer for eighteen months with no charges being accessed until after six months.

1 Year of free Premium Support

Following the first year of free Premium Support, continued Premium Support  will be offered at a published rate of 20% of the net annual license fee. Premium Support includes Quick Start Services, Integrations Services, Customer Success Support, 24x7x365 support for Severity 1 & 2 issues, and Unlimited support portal accounts.

Credit toward implementation services

Implementation services for this program can be provided for deploying the Lookout Secure Internet Access. Following full payment for the first year of service, Lookout will provide a credit upon contract renewal for year 2, not to exceed 15% of the first year’s license fees paid up to a maximum of $100,000.
